Roles & Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships, driving sales growth, and ensuring the seamless distribution of our pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities:

Your main duties will focus on, but not limited to:

  • Represent MEDISPHARM portfolio with key accounts, partner with key stakeholders, while living the organization values, behaviors and ethics.
  • Identify target key accounts and target customers through key accounts mapping.
  • Identify target client s needs, business requirements, opportunities and challenges.
  • Build and maintain exceptional business relations and differentiate MEDISPHARM as a key partner.
  • Develop and execute strategic account planning that align with business needs and company objectives.
  • Provide innovative solutions and share with all other concerned functions (Marketing, supply, regulatory, etc.)
  • Ensure high levels of marketing intelligence and share with the team to review current strategies and priorities.
  • Show positivity and agility in discussing business plans and receiving feedbacks from direct manager.
  • Conduct regular educational forums aiming to educate key customers about MEDISPHARM therapeutic areas and the positive win provided through company commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and monitor sales performance on monthly basis, being able to amend planned actions accordingly.
  • Provide timely reporting to direct manager.
  • Monitor sales performance, track account metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance our company's visibility and network with key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance, and ethical standards to ensure all business practices align with legal requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or industry certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
