Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
-
Develop and maintain long-term external relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Serve as the primary interface for all products and services, creating demand by raising their profile with customers.
-
Interface with senior management or executives at key/strategic customer accounts to understand their needs and align them with our company's product/service strategies.
-
Build and sustain effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at major customer accounts.
-
Work with a defined set of customers, typically within a geographic or specialty focus, to meet revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per customer.
-
Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities to meet long-term company objectives.
-
Partner with customer accounts to apply solutions/resources in innovative ways to meet customer needs and improve patient outcomes.
-
Utilize long-term relationships with KOLs and our Company's colleagues across functions (Sales teams, Solutions, Marketing) to meet or exceed expectations.

Develop and execute both short- and long-term account plans, anticipating and understanding customer needs, feedback, and objections.

Manage own sales expenses and monitor related expenses/investments, providing input into the development of the profit plan for the next level of management.

Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term external relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with external customers and internal stakeholders.

Proven track record in sales and account management, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Ability to understand customer needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.

Strong negotiation and closing skills to develop and close new sales opportunities.

Industry-specific knowledge and experience, particularly within the Human Health sector.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to provide tailored offerings and solutions to key accounts.
-
Strong leadership skills including but not limited to strategic planning, entrepreneurship, innovation, and business savviness.
-
Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, and have the ability to influence and motivate others. They should have excellent emotional intelligence, decision-making skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Networking and partnerships should be a key strength.

Bachelor s degree with more than 2 years of relevant experience preferred, with a degree concentration related to the function of the job
