Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key and strategic accounts
- Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and retention
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients and handle escalations
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
- Analyze market trends and client needs to support business strategy
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in key account management or senior sales roles
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
