Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities:
Key Account Management
- Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts (Modern Trade / Large Format Retailers).
- Negotiate annual trading terms, promotions, and joint business plans with key customers.
- Monitor account performance and deliver agreed revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and drive category expansion.
Trade Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute trade promotions aligned with brand and category strategies.
- Ensure effective in-store visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional displays.
- Work with distributors to ensure timely product availability and execution of trade plans.
- Track ROI and effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
