Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities:

Key Account Management

  • Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts (Modern Trade / Large Format Retailers).
  • Negotiate annual trading terms, promotions, and joint business plans with key customers.
  • Monitor account performance and deliver agreed revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and drive category expansion.

Trade Marketing Execution

  • Plan and execute trade promotions aligned with brand and category strategies.
  • Ensure effective in-store visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional displays.
  • Work with distributors to ensure timely product availability and execution of trade plans.
  • Track ROI and effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
