Kids Club Animator RIXOS

The Kids Club Animator is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children. The role involves planning and leading age-appropriate activities, entertaining children through games and creative programs, and ensuring their well-being at all times.

• Plan, organize, and lead daily activities such as games, sports, arts & crafts, music, and mini-shows

• Entertain and supervise children in the Kids Club and outdoor areas

• Ensure the safety, security, and happiness of all children at all times

• Encourage participation and create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere

• Prepare and set up activity areas and materials

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club

• Communicate effectively with parents about children s activities and behavior

• Follow hotel/resort policies, safety procedures, and child protection guidelines

• Assist with special events, theme days, and mini-discos

• Work closely with the animation/entertainment team

• Experience working with children (kids club, childcare, education, or animation)

• Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to engage children of different ages (typically 4 12 years)

• Responsible, patient, and caring attitude

• Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid (preferred)

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
