Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Job Description includes, but not limited to the below:
- Liaise with Entertainment Manager / Rixy Club Chief / Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children to organise all kids club activities.
- Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Supervisor.
- Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child.
- Ensure that the Kid s Club s rules and regulations are enforced at all times.
- Be fully aware of Kids Club s facilities, timings, promotions and prices.
- Create an inventory for all toys / equipment at the kids club and inform the supervisor for any need of additional toys or replacement of toys.
- Ensure all equipment are clean and properly maintained.
- Maintain Kids Club clean and tidy at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
- Proficient in English and Russian (written and verbal).
- Creative, patient and experienced taking care of children.
- Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
- Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
