What You Will Do

• Be able spontaneously entertain children during scheduled activities and assist children with any requirement they have in the Kids Club.
• Be interactive and fun while facilitating games and activities as per daily schedule (indoor and outdoor)
• Able to host and participate in high energy, active and physical activities.
• Be fully trained and educated in handling children of age 0-17 years old, ensuring that children are attended to in a correct manner as per resort standards.
• Deliver Department, Resort and Forbes Travel Guide standards to ensure service excellence for all guests.
• To ensure you follow any uniform standards for the Explorers program, including fancy/costume dress.
• Attend daily briefings/debriefs held by Kids Club Leadership Team
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Have at least 2 years experience leading large groups of children in a hospitality/recreation/camp setting
• Have a passion for engaging children in entertaining activities
• Must possess a positive attitude and openness to feedback for improvement
• Have an outgoing personality
