Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging play-based activities that foster children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment by organizing age-appropriate toys, materials, and play spaces.
- Observe and document children's play behaviors and developmental milestones, providing insights for individualized support.
- Facilitate group activities, such as storytelling, arts and crafts, and outdoor games, encouraging teamwork and creativity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Holds certifications in First Aid and CPR (required).
- Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a play setting.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of child development principles and play-based learning methodologies.
