Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Technical knowledge of various types of hot & cold kitchen, bar, dishwashing, preparation and laundry equipment.
Do installation, testing and commissioning of all equipment independently.
Give training to end users how to use the machines, preventive maintenance, etc.
Fault finding and trouble shooting ability of all electrical/electronic/mechanical parts.
Knowledge to use modern electronic tools/equipment for installation and maintenance
Maintain clean and safe work area
Experience: 4years +
