Pre - Sales Engineer Ashrafs

JOB PURPOSE:

To Support the Sales team by  providing Design  and offer  solutions  for  the AV  requirement .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand client requirements and develop complete AV solution designs.

• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments across project locations.

• Design systems for:

  • Professional audio (DSP, microphones, speakers, amplifiers)

  • Projection systems (projectors, lenses, screens)

  • LED video walls and digital signage platforms

  • Unified Communications (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex)

  • Control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX or equivalent)

• Prepare technical proposals, system architecture, block diagrams, and compliance documents.

• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and cost estimates.

• Support sales team during client meetings, presentations, and technical clarifications.

• Handle RFIs, RFPs, and tender technical submissions.

• Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors for product selection and technical support.

• Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to project delivery teams.
