Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain spotless kitchen cleanliness by thoroughly washing dishes, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Efficiently manage dishwashing operations, ensuring a constant supply of clean items for kitchen staff, minimizing workflow interruptions.
- Organize and store clean items systematically, promoting a tidy and accessible workspace, essential for smooth operations.
- Dispose of trash and waste responsibly, adhering to sanitation protocols, and supporting a healthy kitchen environment.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the direction of the chefs, contributing to efficient meal production.
- Deep clean kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment, to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, proactively ensuring the availability of essential resources for sanitation.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately, prioritizing a secure and functional kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment, crucial for team success.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene guidelines, safeguarding the health of both staff and guests, crucial for food safety.
Desired Candidate Profile
