Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Calibrate and repair cooking appliances, oven systems, and refrigeration units to maintain compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Assist in the installation of new kitchen equipment, ensuring proper setup and integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the life of kitchen appliances and reduce repair costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in kitchen operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in kitchen equipment maintenance, ideally in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or relevant technical training is a significant advantage for this role.
  • Experience with high-efficiency kitchen systems and sustainable technology is highly desirable.
