Established in the year 1985, Kifaf General trading (KGT) is a Dubai based group operating as a trading house and dealing in consumer electronics and communication products. The organization is a leading provider of the Telecom and IT services specializing in sales and distribution and offering a wide range of device lifecycle value-added services and solutions.

The group has an extensive partner network of over 1500 retail outlets, 20 global manufacturers, and around 4 network operators in the MEA region. The operations of the organization span across the Middle East region for the famous brands like Apple, Nokia, Samsung, Motorola, among others.


With more than 25 years of industry experience, KGT has earned prestigious awards and certificates for its quality services. Some of them are Best channel partner award in 2009 and 2012 for Nokia; Best customer care award MENA, 2008 and Regional best distributor award MENA, 2006 for Motorola; Best Service organization award, 2012 for Samsung; and Best Customer care organization award, 2004 and Technical excellence award, 2003 for Siemens.
