Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of training programs and workshops for employees at all levels

  • Support the development of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital content
  • Organize logistics for training events, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and participant communications
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions
  • Track training attendance, completion rates, and participant feedback to measure program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their team's development needs and customize training solutions
  • Maintain organized records of all training activities, certifications, and employee development plans
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization
  • Support the evaluation and selection of external training vendors and learning resources
  • Communicate training opportunities and program updates to employees through various channels

Desired Candidate Profile

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or human resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
