Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordination Learning & Development
Participate in the planning of training schedules in coordination with the L&D Manager & P&C Director.
Establish lists of participants and ensure the sending of invitations
Organize training logistics (rooms, equipment, supports, breaks).
Prepare attendance sheets and ensure their archiving, in the correct order
Update L&D monitoring
Ensure the administrative follow-up of internal and external training.
Support the integration of new employees (onboarding / visit).
Contribute to the preparation of training educational materials.
Ensure the administrative coordination of training actions financed or supported by external organizations (OFPPT, GIAC).
Creation of recruitment offers & monitoring on smart recruiters & sending of OPQ.
Employee recognition - Best Heartist
Operationally coordinate Learning & Development actions, onboarding and internal events, in support of the L&D Manager.
Participate in the logistical organization of People & Culture initiatives and Heartist actions.
Maintain a structured monitoring of activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Heartist experience
Participate in the internal training of the hotel.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree +3/5 in Human Resources Management / Communication.
- Proficiency in tools (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Mastery of computer tools
- Excellent communication in both French and English
