Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the LMS.
  • Manage upgrades and new releases.
  • Ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Handle integrations with HRIS and other tools.
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Enroll users in courses and learning plans.
  • Troubleshoot login and access issues.
  • Manage organizational structures.
  • Upload, organize, and update learning content.
  • Create and manage courses and certifications.
  • Archive or retire outdated content.
  • Help translate business or learning needs into LMS solutions.
  • Generate reports on enrollments, completions, scores, and compliance.
  • Track mandatory training and certification status.
  • Provide data to HR, L&D, compliance, or leadership teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Act as first-line support for learners and instructors.
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate when needed.
  • Create user guides, FAQs, or quick how-to resources.
  • Train instructors or content creators on LMS usage.
  • Enforce data protection and privacy standards.
  • Manage permissions and audit logs.
  • Support compliance training and reporting requirements.
  • Document LMS processes and admin procedures.
  • Recommend improvements based on usage and feedback.
  • Test new features and pilot enhancements.
  • Act as liaison between vendors, IT, and L&D stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital learning tools.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a learning and development role.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a must
  • Preferably with Oil & Gas background
