Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the LMS.
- Manage upgrades and new releases.
- Ensure system performance and reliability.
- Handle integrations with HRIS and other tools.
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Enroll users in courses and learning plans.
- Troubleshoot login and access issues.
- Manage organizational structures.
- Upload, organize, and update learning content.
- Create and manage courses and certifications.
- Archive or retire outdated content.
- Help translate business or learning needs into LMS solutions.
- Generate reports on enrollments, completions, scores, and compliance.
- Track mandatory training and certification status.
- Provide data to HR, L&D, compliance, or leadership teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Act as first-line support for learners and instructors.
- Resolve technical issues and escalate when needed.
- Create user guides, FAQs, or quick how-to resources.
- Train instructors or content creators on LMS usage.
- Enforce data protection and privacy standards.
- Manage permissions and audit logs.
- Support compliance training and reporting requirements.
- Document LMS processes and admin procedures.
- Recommend improvements based on usage and feedback.
- Test new features and pilot enhancements.
- Act as liaison between vendors, IT, and L&D stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital learning tools.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a learning and development role.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a must
- Preferably with Oil & Gas background
