Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure using monitoring tools (NMS) to ensure uptime and performance.
• Detect, troubleshoot, and respond to network alerts and incidents in real time.
• Perform initial diagnosis (L1 level) and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
• Maintain incident logs, update tickets, and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation matrices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Provide regular status updates and incident reports.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Support shift-based operations, including night shifts and weekends if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3 5 years of experience in network monitoring or NOC operations.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, Zabbix).
• Basic knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN/LAN environments.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Certifications

• CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
• ITIL Foundation (preferred).
