Roles & Responsibilities
Experience:
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in system engineering or IT support roles.
- Hands-on experience with server hardware and operating systems.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of server administration (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
- Proficiency in SCCM, MS Intune and Active Directory, Group Policy management will be added advantage.
- Managing end user devices laptops, desktops, Android and Apple devices.
- Good to have proficiency in virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
