Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Receiving the instrument for calibration from the customer based on the PO information received from the marketing team and keeps all the required data after making visual inspection.
Arrange directing all the instruments to the lab after data entry at the lab reception.
Complete the process of shipment for the instrument after calibration after notified from the marketing team and keeping all the necessary documents.
Maintain the work order book where the work order opened for lab.
Attending incoming telephone calls and fax, identifying purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Perform front office handling and other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Diploma in Business administration.
Minimum Years of Experience: 0 to 2 Years of experience.
