Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Safely drive company staff, visitors, and executives to required destinations

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and basic upkeep

• Handle document delivery, bank errands, and office-related pickups

• Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and general office tasks

• Manage incoming calls and support reception when needed

• Coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

• Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle)

• Minimum 1 year of driving experience in the UAE

• Good knowledge of Dubai routes and traffic rules

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)

• Professional appearance and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently
