Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform topographical and cadastral surveys along proposed road routes.
Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and alignments for road alignment.
Provide survey data for grading, earthworks, and pavement layers.
Monitor construction staking to ensure roads are built according to design plans.
Conduct as-built surveys at various project stages for record-keeping and certification.
Ensure safety and compliance during all survey activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred for credibility and compliance.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in land surveying, showcasing expertise in various surveying techniques.
