Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide Strategic Leadership Across the Landscape Portfolio
Set direction, priorities, and standards for all landscape works across the programme, ensuring alignment with King Salman Park vision, programme objectives, and PMO governance.
Lead and Integrate Multi-Disciplinary Teams
Coordinate landscape inputs across design consultants, construction teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration with urban design, engineering, sustainability, and delivery teams.
Drive Performance, Accountability, and Quality
Establish clear performance expectations, manage outputs against programme milestones, and ensure consistent quality across all landscape packages.
Act as a Senior Client and Stakeholder Interface
Represent Parsons and the PMO in high-level client engagements, workshops, and reviews, building trust and providing confident, solutions-focused leadership.
Develop and Mentor Leadership Capability Within the Team
Build a strong leadership bench by coaching senior staff, encouraging ownership, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Proven Senior Leadership in Complex Programmes
Demonstrated experience leading large, multi-package landscape or public realm portfolios within major programmes or mega-projects.
Strong People and Team Leadership Skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage senior professionals, including setting clear expectations, delegating effectively, and holding teams accountable.
Programme-Level Thinking and Decision-Making
Experience operating beyond single-project delivery, with the ability to prioritize, manage risk, and make informed decisions that balance quality, cost, and schedule.
Exceptional Stakeholder and Client Management
Confident communicator with experience engaging senior clients, resolving issues proactively, and influencing outcomes in complex stakeholder environments.
Governance, Reporting, and Controls Mindset
Strong understanding of PMO structures, reporting requirements, and delivery assurance, with the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex workstreams.

Experience on Major Public Realm or Vision-Led Developments
Exposure to landmark urban, cultural, or park developments with high public, political, or stakeholder visibility.
Change Leadership and Organizational Maturity
Ability to lead teams through change, implement new ways of working, and uplift capability within evolving programme structures.
Commercial and Contractual Awareness
Understanding of consultant and contractor interfaces, scope management, and commercial drivers at programme level.
Cultural Intelligence and International Experience
Experience working in the Middle East or similarly complex, multicultural environments, with sensitivity to client, authority, and governance structures.
Calm, Credible Leadership Under Pressure
Demonstrates composure, sound judgement, and credibility when managing competing priorities, tight timelines, and high-profile scrutiny.
