Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, planning, and execution of landscaping projects from concept to completion.
Integrate sustainable and innovative practices, including water-efficient systems, smart irrigation, and eco-friendly landscaping materials.
Manage budgets, procurement, timelines, and resource allocation for landscaping projects.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery and satisfaction.
Develop business operations, workflows, and processes for a scalable landscaping venture.
Identify and implement new technologies and materials to differentiate the business in the market.
Contribute to the strategic vision, growth plans, and innovation roadmap of the landscaping business.
Ensure all projects and designs are compliant with regulations and approved by Dubai Municipality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or master s degree in architectural engineering.
Proven experience in landscaping, landscape architecture, urban planning, or afforestation projects.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
Passion for sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurial ventures.
Knowledge of advanced irrigation, water harvesting, or smart landscaping systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Approved by Dubai Municipality as a licensed Landscaping Engineer.
