Cities Development Management

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the landscape maintenance contractor, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of landscaping services.
Conduct regular inspections of all landscaped areas (softscape and hardscape), identifying areas requiring intervention or improvement.
Ensure adherence to project design intent and specifications in the maintenance of lawns, plants, trees, irrigation systems, and outdoor furniture.
Review and approve contractor schedules, staffing plans, and work methodologies.
Oversee and monitor the performance of the pest control contractor, ensuring the pest management strategy is properly implemented and updated as needed.
Collaborate with environmental and health & safety consultants to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Maintain detailed records of landscaping and pest control operations, issues identified, and corrective actions taken.
Prepare regular reports on the condition of landscaped areas and contractor performance for internal review.
Coordinate with internal teams, third-party consultants, and local authorities when needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
Minimum 10 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong technical knowledge of landscaping practices, irrigation systems, plant care, and pest management.
Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure delivery according to KPIs.
Experience working on large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments is preferred.
