Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily laundry operations, including washing, ironing, pressing, and garment care.
  • Oversee the handling, sorting, and storage of all clothing, linens, and household fabrics.
  • Train, guide, and monitor team members to ensure consistency and attention to detail.
  • Inspect finished laundry items to ensure quality and presentation meet high standards.
  • Manage and maintain laundry equipment, supplies, and cleaning products.
  • Implement and uphold strict hygiene, safety, and maintenance procedures.
  • Coordinate with household management to meet schedules and service requirements.
  • Ensure proper care of delicate and luxury fabrics, including couture garments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a private household, yacht, or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of garment care, stain removal, and high-end fabric maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
  • Professional appearance and discretion are essential.
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
