Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Management, you will be involved in a broad legal scope, including:
- Legal counsel to the holding company and its subsidiaries
- Drafting, analyzing and monitoring contracts (commercial, service, partnership, intra-group, etc.)
- Legal monitoring of the group's companies (creation, restructuring, disposals, governance)
- Legal and regulatory monitoring
- Management of pre-litigation and litigation cases in conjunction with external counsel
- Participation in securing the group's strategic operations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advanced legal education (Master 2 in business law, corporate law or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a group or holding company environment
- Strong skills in corporate and business law
- Autonomy, rigor and a sense of confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people.
