Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and licensed UAE
National Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide
legal advice, represent clients before UAE courts and authorities, and ensure
full compliance with UAE laws and regulations across all matters handled by the
firm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Represent
clients in UAE courts, arbitration centers, and government bodies.

2. Draft,
review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

3. Provide
legal counsel in corporate, commercial, civil, criminal, and labor matters.

4. Conduct
legal research to support case preparation and ensure compliance with UAE laws.

5. Prepare
legal opinions, pleadings, memorandums, and court submissions.

6. Assist in
company formation, licensing, and regulatory compliance processes.

7. Liaise
with government entities and regulatory authorities on behalf of clients.

8. Maintain
confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all legal matters.

Minimum Requirements

Nationality:
UAE National (Emirati) Mandatory.

Bachelor s
degree in Law from a recognized university (Master s in Law is an advantage).

Licensed
to practice law in the UAE.

Minimum 1 3
years of post-qualification experience in litigation and/or corporate law.

Strong
command of UAE civil, commercial, criminal, and labor laws.

Fluency in
Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Excellent
drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience
handling cases before all levels of UAE courts.

Strong
interpersonal and client relationship management skills.

Ability to
work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

High
attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
