Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:


Takes ownership of the delivery of smaller projects or single discipline tasks.


A key performer in interdisciplinary coordination.


Cross-check the design/ scheme for compliance and verify consultant information.


Review the planning application/ submission requirements.


Ability to liaise with clients and contractors to design as per the client's brief in compliance with the local planning policy guidelines and recommendations of statutory authority.


Review the project-related technical documents.


Responsible for deriving the strategy to set up the project in a manner relevant to the forthcoming stages of work.


Core Requirements:


B.Arch. Graduates with minimum 12 years of relevant work experience. Master (M. Arch) is preferable.


Advanced knowledge of the sequence of the construction and the usage of different elements within the framework and competent with the technical terms of building elements.


Full understanding of RIBA Stages of Work.


Demonstrates good coordination ability to address the needs and requirements of other disciplines.


Project Tools:


REVIT.


Navis works – Dynamo.


AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, Indesign, Enscape (preferred).
