Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of backend systems using PHP (Laravel/Symfony).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps to deliver robust gaming solutions.
- Architect scalable APIs and microservices for real-time gaming applications.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide junior developers.
- Optimise application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
- 10+ years of PHP development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.).
- Experience with MySQL, Redis, Docker, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
- Previous experience in gaming, fintech, or high-traffic platforms is a plus.
