Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) activities for onshore tank farm and hydro-refining facilities.
Oversee design, installation, testing, and commissioning of E&I systems in high sulphur (H2S) environments, ensuring safety compliance.
Coordinate E&I scope for jetty and marine loading/unloading facilities, including construction and interface management.
Ensure compliance with international standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
Supervise contractors and site teams to ensure timely project execution and quality delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems (PLC/DCS).
Support project planning, execution, and handover activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
12+ years of experience in oil & gas projects, preferably in tank farms, refineries, or terminal facilities.
Strong exposure to hydro-refining units and high sulphur (H2S) environments.
Hands-on experience in jetty / marine facility design and construction projects.
Expertise in E&I systems, PLC/DCS, and commissioning activities.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing EPC contractors.
Good understanding of international standards and HSE practices.
