Lead ELV Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and supervision of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, BMS, and structured cabling.

• Review and approve ELV designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.

• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and contractors to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems.

• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance with specifications and safety standards.

• Manage ELV maintenance schedules and respond to system faults or breakdowns.

• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for technical discussions and project updates.

• Ensure documentation and reporting of ELV systems are up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field with MMUP/UPDA registration.

• Certifications in ELV systems (e.g., BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm) are preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in ELV systems.

• Proven experience in facilities management projects.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ELV systems design, installation, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with international standards (NFPA, BS, IEEE, etc.).

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ELV-specific software/tools.

• Understanding of integration between ELV systems and other building services.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
