Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Establish DataOps standards for CI/CD, automated testing, and release pipelines across Azure and on-prem storage.
Enhance modular frameworks for distributed ETL and compute in containerized (K8s) environments.
Implement deep observability, telemetry, and cost monitoring to ensure strict adherence to SLAs/SLOs.
Uplift the engineering team s capability in Python, Linux primitives, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible).
Mentor Engineers in the team on automation, testing, and monitoring.
Desired Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and dbt.
Hands-on with Airflow or ADF
Solid understanding of Linux and connecting cloud environments to on-premise storage.
Experience with CDC and messaging.
Exposure to highly regulated data and governance frameworks.
