Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking, focusing on companies with open recruitment needs.
- MUST HAVE EXPEREINCE IN GENERATING LEADS WITHIN UAE Region and WORKED in Staffing/ Recruitment / Placement Firm
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients for recruitment services, targeting specific industries or skill sets.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication methods, building rapport and establishing a need for staffing solutions.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and engagement, providing valuable insights and information to build trust and establish a relationship.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to understand client needs and tailor lead generation efforts accordingly, maximizing conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, recruitment trends, and lead generation tools to optimize performance and drive results.
- Meet and exceed lead generation targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the recruitment company.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of recruitment services.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine lead generation strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Has a proven track record of achieving lead generation targets and converting leads into qualified opportunities.
- Displays a proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the recruitment process and the needs of both clients and candidates.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve lead generation efforts.
- Familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) for lead generation and networking.
- Native or fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
