Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Onsite – Dubai Duration: 6 Months Stipend: AED 1,500/month Working Days: Full-time (5 days/week) Start Date: Immediate Certificate: Provided upon successful completion About the Role Pupilar is looking for a Sales Lead Generation Intern to support our outreach and sales operations. This is a hands-on role that requires the intern to research, identify, and generate new leads from scratch. You’ll find the right people, collect their contact details, add them to our system, and then reach out through LinkedIn or email to book meetings and build meaningful connections for Pupilar.

Key Responsibilities Research and generate new leads using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other tools Collect and organize verified contact information into lead sheets or CRMs Write and send smart, well-phrased outreach messages and follow-ups Manage inboxes, handle responses, and schedule meetings Support admin, reporting, and coordination tasks related to outreach campaigns Work closely with the leadership team to refine lead strategy and quality

  • Requirements Excellent written and spoken English

  • Has a good network in the UAE or can build one

  • Good at inbox management

  • Good at handling databases and running campaigns

  • Able to meet daily lead targets

  • Based in Dubai and available to work onsite

  • Proactive Researcher – Can independently find the right leads using LinkedIn, email, and web search (not waiting to be handed databases).

  • Strong Communicator – Writes clear, persuasive outreach messages that sound natural, not robotic.

  • Attention to Detail – Double-checks names, companies, emails, and avoids sending wrong or duplicated info.

  • Organized & Consistent – Keeps track of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes neatly in CRM sheets or Notion.

  • Curious & Analytical – Tries to understand why some messages convert and others don’t, and adapts quickly.

Work Ethic & Behavior

  • Persistent but Polite – Doesn’t give up after one no, but knows when to stop chasing.

  • Learns Fast – Picks up on tone, product info, and new tools without hand-holding.

  • Takes Initiative – Suggests new ways to find or qualify leads, not just waiting for instructions.

  • Goal-Oriented – Motivated by hitting weekly targets (no. of leads, replies, meetings booked).

  • Professional Demeanor – Communicates respectfully with potential clients or partners, representing the brand well.
