Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Role:
This is not a “run ads and wait” position.
You will be responsible for building, optimising, and scaling lead generation systems that directly convert into revenue for the business. Your work will directly influence sales volume, pipeline quality, and company growth.
You will:
Develop and execute paid media strategies tailored to the Dubai real estate market
Generate high-quality buyer and investor leads, both local and international
Plan and execute Roadshow and Property Expo campaigns that deliver real ROI
Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Continuously research the market and monitor competitors
Optimise funnels, landing pages, creatives, and targeting for maximum performance
Analyse data rigorously and drive improvements in CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS
Work hand in hand with the sales team to ensure lead quality translates into closed deals
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of proven lead generation experience in Dubai Real Estate, this is non-negotiable
A track record you are genuinely proud of, with tangible revenue numbers to back it up
Hands-on experience running successful International Roadshow and Property Expo campaigns
Strong understanding of off-plan and secondary market buyer psychology
Deep expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
A sharp analytical mind and a data-driven approach to every decision
Someone who is proactive, self-managed, and obsessed with performance
Currently based in Dubai
