Roles & Responsibilities

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality business leads to support the company's sales and business development activities. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline through research, outreach, and relationship development across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients across target industries and markets

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital platforms

  • Build and maintain a structured lead database and CRM records

  • Initiate first contact with prospects and introduce company services

  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision authority

  • Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to sales management

  • Support outbound campaigns and business development initiatives

  • Track outreach activities and conversion performance

  • Maintain accurate reporting on lead generation results

  • Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to improve targeting

Requirements

  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development (preferred)

  • Strong research and prospecting skills

  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems (advantage)

  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
