Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to gather and analyze data for effective planning and risk management.
  • Facilitate regular progress meetings, providing updates and insights on schedule performance and potential delays.
  • Implement project control methodologies to monitor progress and optimize resource allocation.
  • Utilize advanced planning software to create accurate time estimates and track project deliverables.
  • Support project managers in decision-making by providing detailed analysis and forecasts of project timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate scheduling risks through proactive planning and scenario analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prior Approval as Planning or Lead Planning Engineer from Aramco
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years Oil & Gas Aramco Pipeline Project Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 11 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling within the construction or engineering sector.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience with project management software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
