Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and boost productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Possession of relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a relevant industry.
- Demonstrated experience in a specific industry, such as technology, SaaS, or finance, is highly desirable.
