Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and boost productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possession of relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in a specific industry, such as technology, SaaS, or finance, is highly desirable.
