Your Impact
As an ITOM Lead Solution Consultant, youll be the technical force behind OpenText s ITOM success in Qatar. Youll define and lead the local go-to-market strategy for ITOM, support the sales cycle with deep technical expertise, and serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams. From architecting cutting-edge observability and AIOps solutions to driving customer workshops and demos, your role will directly impact how organizations in the region transform their IT operations.
What The Role Offers
The opportunity to work on best-in-class ITOM solutions including Operations Bridge, SMAX, NOM, HCMX, and more.
A strategic, high-visibility position that collaborates across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
The chance to lead ESM and AIOps engagements following OpenText s journey-to-value and IT4IT methodology.
A dynamic environment where youll influence customer roadmaps, solution demos, and agile release planning.
A platform to share your technical vision through workshops, RFPs, PoCs, and thought leadership in the region.
What You Need To Succeed
10+ years of technical or consultative selling experience in IT operations or service management.
Strong customer-facing presence with proven experience in observability and AIOps solutions.
Hands-on knowledge of OpenText ITOM solutions (Operations Bridge, NOM, SMAX, etc.) is a major advantage.
Fluent in IT operations concepts, competitive solutions, and scalable architecture design.
Skilled in leading C-level conversations, crafting business value propositions, and navigating complex customer environments.
ITIL Foundation Certification is a must; IT4IT framework knowledge is a plus.
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer or Software Engineering.
