Lean Associate Manager

Coach and monitor manufacturing teams on Manufacturing Excellence tools and techniques.

• Lead loss deployment and focused improvement projects.
• Lead loss teams, kaizen events and problem solving for break-through projects within manufacturing site.
• Support and track savings projects on site.
• Manage and report on monthly key metrics.
• Focus on capability development across the site, including documentation development and training plan management.

Experience You ll Bring:

• Solid manufacturing experience, ideally in the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related studies.
• Technical knowledge and experience with core technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
• Experience with digitalization in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize lean six sigma tools.
• Lean certification (preferred).
• Leadership and management experience.
• Fluent in English.
