Co-construct with the UOs the 3-year progress roadmaps (Operations & Industrialization).

Contribute to the definition of the annual progress plan, by identifying ambitious projects to support continuous improvement.

Guide operational staff on appropriate methodologies (OS, DMAIC, PDCA, QRQC) to solve problems and improve performance.

Verify the monthly Safran+ report prepared by the Methods & S+ Manager, consolidate performance data by company and present the results.

To finalize with the Director of Safran+ Tunisia the annual earnings target and ensure its achievement in coordination with the teams.

Manage the audit process of the QRQC system of the UOs: ensure that the operational staff understand the checklists correctly, that the evaluation approach is correctly applied and that it is harmonized across Safran Tunisia.

Train and support trainers (Quality UAP) on RdP & QRQC, lead 5S training sessions and ensure compliance with the Group standard.

evaluate the coaches' mastery of the QRQC tools and the 3 r els.

Centralize and monitor the QRQC deployment rate at the Safran Tunisia scale.

Facilitate OpEx projects (Kaizen, VSM, HK Master Plan) and manage OS mandates if reinforcement is needed in an OU.

Monitor the progress of OpEx and DMAIC projects by company, ensure milestones are met and project Lead Times are respected.

Coaching Belts and supporting their certification.

Provide Lean Sigma methodological support (MSP, MSA, flow analysis) and coaching on flow projects (VSM, Wipsim).

Developing a culture of progress and providing managerial support

Provide Lean Sigma training (OS Onboarding, 5S, White/Green/Black Belt, 6 Sigma statistics) and coaching for the interpretation of results.

Plan and monitor the onboarding training rate at the Safran Tunisia scale.

Facilitate the Lean Sigma networks of each company and ensure the duplication of LS good practices.

Train managers on the Safran OpEx One approach and create the conditions for transformation (5S, HPT, Green/Black Belt).

Centralize and track the qualification process of Safran One referents, as well as the number of people coached per UO.

Escalate if necessary to sponsors or hierarchy to unblock critical situations.
