Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute internal audits across all departments, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant standards to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures, policies, and documentation, to ensure a robust and effective framework.
  • Manage the audit schedule, from planning to reporting, including the preparation of audit plans, checklists, and final reports with actionable findings.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement within the organization's processes, collaborating with process owners to implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, processes, and audit requirements to foster a culture of quality awareness.
  • Analyze data from audits, inspections, and customer feedback to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement and optimize organizational performance.
  • Liaise with external auditors during certification and surveillance audits, managing the audit process and ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, providing regular updates to management on the effectiveness of the QMS.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, non-conformances, and incidents, ensuring timely and effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to quality management and lead auditing, and proactively implement changes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

  • Hold a Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO from a recognized certification body, demonstrating expertise in auditing and quality management systems.
    Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Geology, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
