Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate, Schedule, organize, and track training sessions.
- Manage training calendars and communicate schedules to employees and managers.
- Maintain updated training records and prepare periodic reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and participant feedback.
- Ensure all training documentation, materials, and resources are up to date.
- Handle logistics such as booking venues, arranging equipment.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants and trainers.
- Track completion rates, training effectiveness, and report
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Training & Development.
- Proven experience in dealing and coordinating with training providers.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level.
