Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, Schedule, organize, and track training sessions.
  • Manage training calendars and communicate schedules to employees and managers.
  • Maintain updated training records and prepare periodic reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and participant feedback.
  • Ensure all training documentation, materials, and resources are up to date.
  • Handle logistics such as booking venues, arranging equipment.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants and trainers.
  • Track completion rates, training effectiveness, and report

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Training & Development.
  • Proven experience in dealing and coordinating with training providers.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level.
