Roles & Responsibilities

Take full ownership of defining and executing the company's overall learning and development strategy.

Design, implement, and rigorously evaluate large-scale learning programs to enhance employee skills and drive performance.

Foster a culture of learning that encourages curiosity and professional growth across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be a resident of Hurghada.

5+ years of L&D experience, with a strong background specifically in a leadership or strategic role.

Takes full accountability and ownership for defining and executing the overall learning strategy.

Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing L&D teams and staff.

Expertise in designing, implementing, and rigorously evaluating large-scale learning programs.

Strong skills in stakeholder management and communicating complex strategy to senior leadership.
