Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You would typically be expected to support the coordination, assistance and delivery of workplace learning and performance improvement initiatives that contribute to business success. This includes assisting in identifying learning needs, helping implement training programs, maintaining accurate training records and reports, communicating with departments to ensure participation, and supporting the logistics of workshops and development sessions aligned with the hotel s priorities, and promoting a culture of continuous learning. You will work with team members to support leadership development activities and help ensure employees receive the training required to perform their roles effectively and deliver excellent service.
Desired Candidate Profile
A special talent and passion for ensuring you deliver the highest of Learnings standards. A university degree or equivalent experience is required for this role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of wospan years of experience in a managerial capacity, with a background in either hotel operations or other high-level service environments or a similar learning-focused setting. Experience managing teams in diverse cultural environments is also essential. Strong communications skills in English, both spoken and written is required.
