Job Description

The Learning & Development Executive plays a crucial role within an organization by driving initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, foster professional growth, and boost performance through strategic training and development programs. This position demands a proactive approach in identifying learning needs, crafting impactful programs, and measuring their success. Learning & Development Executives collaborate with different departments to assess skills gaps, develop tailored training solutions, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives. By leveraging industry best practices and the latest learning technologies, they support the company in nurturing talent, retaining skilled professionals, and maintaining a competitive edge in the marketplace. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity in curriculum design, and a solid understanding of adult learning principles to effectively educate and motivate employees at all levels.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessment across the organization to identify skill gaps.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop specific training strategies and plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and measure their impact on performance.
  • Oversee the development and customization of learning materials and resources.
  • Facilitate in-house and external training workshops, courses, and conferences.
  • Manage e-learning platforms and incorporate technology into the learning process.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees, focusing on career development.
  • Set training budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective learning solutions.
  • Research and adopt new learning methodologies and tools to improve training delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee participation and performance in training activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on development programs for senior management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs within organizations.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and related educational technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
