Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs that align with business objectives and address skill gaps, ensuring impactful learning experiences.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training requirements, analyzing performance data and consulting with stakeholders to tailor programs effectively.
- Manage the entire training lifecycle, from initial needs analysis and program design to implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using various methods, such as assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Coach and mentor employees, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career development.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to integrate training initiatives with other HR programs, such as performance management and succession planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required to establish a foundational understanding of training principles.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development, demonstrating practical application of training methodologies and program implementation.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs across various formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning.
- Proven ability to conduct training needs analyses, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted training solutions.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage audiences and deliver impactful training sessions.
