Role Highlights:
- Support store teams with training & development needs
- Act as an HRBP for store-level employee matters
- Assist in onboarding, engagement, and performance support
- Work closely with operations and HR teams to drive people initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Fresh graduates with strong leadership experience in college (clubs, committees, events or projects) OR candidates with 1 2 years of HR / L&D / Store HRBP experience MBA in Human Resources preferred. Individuals with excellent communication, coordination, and people-handling skills Passion for learning, training, and supporting store teams
