Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging learning programs that align with organizational goals, focusing on measurable impact and skill development.
  • Develop and implement innovative learning solutions, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning approaches.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure ROI.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including content updates, user administration, and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities across various departments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate relevant and up-to-date training materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience : 0-3 years
