This role is pivotal in helping students with diverse learning needs thrive in an inclusive educational environment. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure that all students receive the assistance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering tailored educational programs for students with varying learning abilities.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support, helping students engage with lesson content and enhance their learning outcomes.
• Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adaptations to curriculum resources.
• Monitor and report on student progress and involvement, providing valuable insights for teacher assessments.
• Encourage students' social interactions and assist them in developing interpersonal skills.
• Contribute to maintaining an engaging, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in learning support.
